This converted factory loft building is not only our home but is a testament to our development as a company over the last fifteen years. From the restoration and salvage of the unusual steam heating system, to the custom windows fabricated here in our shop, to the plethora of custom door hardware, hinges and handles, the building is an expression of our ideas, ideals, tastes and explorations. As the photos of various lofts attest we are interested in getting the most from the least and providing spaces that the occupants can truly make their own. Rejecting the idea that we had to squeeze the highest return out of the property, we instead focused on creating ample spaces perfectly proportioned for the existing building. The spaces are ideal live-work lofts from 1600sqft. to 3000sqft., which have been occupied by painters, photographers, architects, designers and all manner of creative types.
