Following their success with Upright Coffee on Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint, partners Daniel Neumann and Michael Medevoy selected Ar & Dee to help develop an ambitious second project. The site, on Hudson St. in the heart of the West Village will be home to the Upright Brew House.
Following our goal to maintain contextual sensitivity in our designs, we envisioned a much more buttoned down aesthetic while still utilizing our signature mixture of materials and manufacturing processes.
