This landmark civil war era structure appears to have been used as a rectory to the old Adelphi church seated right in its backyard and then in turn as a residence briefly in the 80’s and 90’s. Abandoned and vacant for a decade, it fell into a dilapidated state. We are currently nearing completion of this year long restoration and transformation. Restoration of the structure from repointing interior walls to floor joist replacement, transformation in removal of bearing partitions on the parlor floor replaced by a 50 foot long transfer beam giving the parlor floor a loft like feeling.
